Q. We are based outside of the UK and would like to pay by credit card. Is this possible?
A. Yes we have the facilities to take all major credit cars including American Express.

 

Q. We are considering using your services but we do not need to have Executive vehicles.
“Do u have normal cars”?
A. Yes, we are able to provide you with regular saloon vehicles. They will be totally unmarked &

 

Q. How do we know where to meet you when we get to the airport?

A. On booking an airport transfer depending on the airport we will give you a specific location to look out for once you come through airport arrivals. Our driver will also have a paging board with yours and your company name clearly marked. Should you not be able to locate you driver you can always call us on our 24hrs out of office no. and we can help you to make contact with your driver.

 

Q. What if our flight is delayed coming to the UK?

A. On airport collections we constantly monitor your flight to ensure we arrive at the airport in time for your arrival. Even if your flight is early we will be there.

Should you not come through we will contact you company to ensure you made the flight, we will speak with airport immigration to see if anyone is held up in customs.
We will use our discretion to decide to abort an airport collection unless specifically asked to do so by your company. As a rule we would not consider aborting before 2hrs on the flight landing time.

 

Q. We would like to open an account with you but would prefer to pay you by credit card? Is this OK?

A. Yes
